I recently had an excellent experience with Rocheres Jewellers in Camberley. After a crystal fell out of my necklace, I was fortunate enough to find it. I stopped by Rocheres, where Sarah was incredibly helpful and reassuring. She informed me that they could repair my necklace, and true to her word, I received a text within a few days letting me know it was ready. When I picked it up, I was amazed by how perfect it looked; you would never know it had been repaired, other than how sparkling and beautiful it was. I highly recommend Rocheres Jewellers for their exceptional service and craftsmanship!
Sarah at Rocheres did an amazing job of remodelling my wife's engagement ring using the original diamond into a new platinum setting. The result was just fantastic, so much so we had a new eternity ring made to match. We wouldn't go anywhere else, the service is above and beyond the usual high street jeweller. Initially contacted Rocheres via email with a query and they were quick to respond and helpful. Dropped my engagement and wedding ring off to be cleaned and re-plated on the Thursday lunchtime and it was ready by the next day. Owner was lovely, polite and helpful when dealing in person. Rings look lovely, a great job done, all massively quicker then if I'd have used a chain jeweller like I usually do who take 2 weeks+ and are also more expensive. Will definitely use again.
This jewellers was recommended to me as other "high street" jewellers hadn't been able to help immediately. Sarah's welcome was friendly and she listened and understood exactly what I needed. Within a few minutes it was done! Thanks to her I now have a 21st birthday present ready to give. Thankyou so much.

Cannot recommend Rocheres enough!! I’ve used them a few times now for jewellery cleaning and also re- sizing and repairs. Lovely lady in shop who is so helpful. I like taking my jewellery to them as it’s not sent away so no worries about it getting lost in transit and they are a family shop not a chain. Always back on time stated or even earlier. I think the bad review they had with 1 star obviously reviewed the wrong jewellers!!!
My partner had her late mother's ring fixed here, recently. It took many many weeks, with no reason or call to say why. Also, my partner who is very softly spoken, felt she has been treated harshly in this shop, and has been made to feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome at these premises. I'm not one to write these reviews, but, there was no apology for taking that long (knowing this item has great sentimental attachment) no smile when it was collected, and a cold feeling felt. Why? My partner had done or said nothing wrong. So, We will not be returning here. Ever.
Sarah at Rocheres did a beautiful job of repairing my wife's engagement ring, resetting the original stone in a new setting with two new matching stones either side. As the ring was a surprise, Sarah was very careful to not to change the style of the ring. Needless to say, my wife was delighted and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return to Rocheres.
