   AVOID....Terrible tatty jewellery and customer service. Bought 3 little bracelets for my wife, gold plated for around 220 pounds. Clasp broke on one and the other 2 went brown within 6 weeks and my wife only wore them on certain days. We went into speak with them about returning them to be replaced and fixed and they said I had no receipt. I showed them the transaction on my bank and also showed them that they had the same stock in their windows and they still said they couldn't do anything. Horrible service, terrible products. Avoid

   NO STARS!! Do not use F Hinds! Terrible service and refusing to fix a fault due to the poor design of one of their rings. Would never use them again and would urge you not to go there

   DO NOT USE F HINDS! Absolutely shocking, the diamond of my fiancee's engagement ring fell out within a year! No idea how it happened and F Hinds will only repair AT OUR COST. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM. WOULD RATE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!

   Awful service, they failed to order some diamond earrings for me to view in store as promised which was disappointing. However, the behaviour of the member of staff who served me both times was agitated and defensive to the point I felt like I was being accused of lying. Far better to admit a mistake and genuinely apologise than try to blame a client.
