What a fantastic business to deal with , proper old school craftsmanship , Jenny was a joy to deal with , got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted .On a hotel break in Marlow , visited Henley and spotted something in Goldsmiths window , got home and wished I had bought it , however dealing with Jenny over the phone was easy and delightful, purchased it at 3pm and got it the next day by 11am !!!!! Beautifully packaged . You always get the best deals and service from independents .
I cannot recommend Lawson's Goldsmith jewellers based in Henley highly enough. After months of searching for the perfect ring, we finally found it in this jewellers but needed some alterations to make it just what we wanted. Last year Lawsons didn't t have exactly the bracelet i needed as a gift so they cut down a necklace to make the bracelet for my Granddaughter. The bracelet was too big but Lawsons kindly took out the links to make it fit. They are extremely helpfully and go the extra mile. Highly recommend them
I visited the shop whilst on holiday and found the perfect shaped wedding ring, which fit my engagement ring perfectly and for an extremely reasonable price. Unfortunately it was a bit small and, as I was leaving later that day, wasn't in a position to get it. I contacted them a few weeks later to order correct size and was told 6 weeks. It was ready and delivered in just 2 weeks. Fantastic customer service, couldn't be more helpful. I would definitely recommend them and would love to order something bespoke in the future.
I would love to recommend Lawsons. I went in on Monday to look for a present for my niece. I knew what she wanted but nothing was exactly right. However, the girl serving me was so helpful. She helped me design it and she quoted what I thought was a reasonable price for something made to my design. They made up a necklace and matching earrings and I collected it on Thursday, I had left it rather late to decide what to give her! It is perfect. Just what I wanted and totally individual. Great service and the quality of the jewellery is good too.
