Big thank you to Amelie (I think that’s what her name is!) she was a very polite and kind hostess! I am visiting from London on business but met up with my family here. Nando’s didn’t have enough ingredients to make up the Mediterranean salad but she combined ingredients to accommodate! Very thoughtful! Btw thank you for entertaining my question about the nose ring! (it looks kool btw!) I was going to ask if you wanted to do a video testimonial for my software business, but got side tracked when my cousin mentioned the star! lol Anyway the food was excellent! Every time I come to London, I always treat everyone to Nanos, and this visit was made better with your hospitality. Uncle steve loved the salad btw!
Good customer service, quality food, reasonable price. The restaurant was very neat and clean. The manager Mr. Rummen's service was appreciatable.
My wife was insistent that we eat at Nando’s while visiting London. I didn’t know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. The ordering system was easy, you order and pay from your phone and then the food gets delivered to your table. We both got vegetarian options and thoroughly enjoyed them. The mac and cheese was especially good but the corn was just ok.
One of the best places to try roasted chicken with a variety of popular sauces from Nandos. There are a lot of options for the main course and starters. You could select an option for having a meal which has the main chicken course along with sides. The ambience is good but the service was really slow and the pricing is a bit on the higher end. We had to hop in twice to remind them about the order. Also there's an unlimited option for cold drinks at a price but it is very dilute to taste. Should have a visit to check in for other options.
Came here after a visit to the cinema. It was busy but luckily managed to get a table. Ordered from the app. Food came quickly and tasted delicious. They have a new menu. Would definitely recommend the spiced grains, it was delicious.
Service terrible. Arrived at 9pm, told there was a 15 minute wait but the restaurant was empty. Staff stood about chatting when they could easily clear the tables but when someone they knew came in, they were served immediately. The food however, was incredible. Best nandos I've had in a while
Good food and drinks. What you would expect from Nandos. Pure chicken, sides and the rest of the menu. There's no parking directly outside, but you have to park around the corner
Order regularly so aware this may be a one off, but ordered a butterfly chicken meal through the deliveroo app yesterday night, the whole meal turned up cold, the chicken was half its normal portion, didn't look fully cooked as looked pale on one side. When plating the food I cut into the chicken, and found it was still pink. As my wife who is pregnant was going to be the one eating it we binned the lot. Quite shocking that that could be sent out in a delivery and lucky we checked before attempting to eat it. Ordered through deliveroo just before close and it seemed as though we'd just been delivered left overs.
