   Unfortunately have to leave a negative review, after buying an engagement ring in store solely on the basis it would be ready in time for Christmas. I made sure to clarify many times it would be available as it’s a Christmas present, which I was told many times would be no problem. I was called a few days later to be told the ring couldn’t be resized and the correct sized ring would be available in mid January, if lucky. This is mis selling and has left us with a bad experience. Edit: I have contacted customer service over the phone who promised me a call back which never happened. Called them again to be told they never promised this. Very unprofessional company

   I recently had an engagement ring conversation with Fraser Hart Newbury, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the team made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. The staff were true professionals; they took the time to educate us on the different cuts, clarity, and settings without ever making us feel pressured. They really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find a piece that was even more beautiful than I had imagined. Their expertise and attention to detail gave me total confidence in such a significant purchase. If you’re looking for high-quality service and a stress-free environment for your big moment, I cannot recommend this branch enough!

   Came as a couple to look for wedding rings as I wasn’t sure what style I wanted. I asked to try on a ring which I liked the style of and the blonde lady serving us turned her nose up at us that it wasn’t “real diamonds” in the ring. I asked to try this ring on simply for the style and then was going to ask if they had anything similar with real diamonds but the lady’s attitude towards me was awful that it put me off. I was then looking at signs which displayed different ring sets and my boyfriend was trying to explain them to me all whilst the lady just stood there making us feel uncomfortable without actually offering any advice. We could have bought 2 wedding rings from here and they lost 2 sales and ruined our first experience of going to look at wedding rings together. Would not recommend.

   Great service! A special thanks to Fiona and the team for making a recent purchase part of our celebration! There was no pressure to buy and each visit was like a friendly chat over a shared interest, the team enjoy what they do. We have been visitors to this store since it opened and been fortunate enough to make the occasional purchase, the service has been “up and down” over the years and absolutely influenced our decisions, the team now are amazing and strongly recommended!

   Really impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of the staff in this store. Declan was extremely helpful and patient as I pondered over some watches, and ended up buying two. His knowledge certainly left me feeling that I was in good hands and making the right decision. I'm now the happy owner of a Tudor Black Bay Chronograph (reverse panda) and an Omega Speedmaster Pro Moonwatch. No doubt I'll be back again soon. *Edit* I did return and Declan helped me purchase a new Tudor Black Bay Bronze. Couldn't be happier with the welcome and service I get in Fraser Hart, and specifically with Declan. *Edit* Christmas eve and I received the call I'd been waiting for, my new watch had arrived. Absolutely thrilled to be able to pick up my newest watch, and extremely happy with the service from all of the staff, especially Declan. As always, an absolute pleasure being a Fraser Hart customer.
