I came in with a set of silver cake forks that I thought I had ruined for good, to ask for advice. Karen was incredibly helpful and even tried a product she wanted to recommend on one of the forks before selling it to me. The forks came up beautifully! Thank you Karen! I popped into Robert Gatward in Abingdon to ask if they were able to repair my gold locket. At best, I anticipated being told that they could send it away for repair but the lovely jeweller offered to have a look at it whilst I was in store. A few minutes later he handed me back my perfectly fixed locket! Absolutely lovely staff who treated me with kindness (especially when I got a bit emotional at finally having such a sentimental item of jewellery as good as new again!) This will be my first stop the next time I am shopping for any jewellery and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Wow what can I say what an amazing service and team. From calming my nerves and giving me excellent advice to resizing the ring in no time at all, I can’t recommend more highly. Abi was great from the outset giving me brilliant advice and staying open late after work to accommodate. We are both so happy with the beautiful ring and they genuinely care about their customers and seemed so happy for us both. I’d like to say such a huge thankyou to Abi and Karen in particular .
A massive thank you to the team at Robert Gatward Jewellers who were able to advise on and complete an alteration to my wife’s engagement ring, previously bought from another Jeweller (which had a weakness in the design leading to the diamond cluster tilting). The team were very friendly, their time estimates were very reasonable and they completed the work sooner than expected. Costings for the work were very reasonable too. My wife loves the alteration and is so happy to be able to wear her ring again. Thank you so much!
The lovely people here helped me get an old ring of my grandmothers repaired (stone replacement) for the most reasonable price and the result is amazing! The ring has been given a new lease of life looking as good as new and the customer service was faultless.
