   I had inherited two rings that had beautiful stones but were not to my style . I had an idea of how I’d like the two rings to be redesigned as one . Justine was fantastic at taking on board my vision and adding her own thoughts, including adding the four small diamonds ( two on each side) to the shank to, create my beautiful ring.    We decided, after 35 years or marriage, that we wanted to melt our two wedding rings down, add some gold and create something new. Justine was so helpful and had some lovely ideas and we’re so happy with the end results, even small details like curving the underside so they feel so much nicer when you’re wearing them! We love the design so much we’re going to copy it and have some vinyls made up for our campervan! Thank you so much for making the whole experience so enjoyable.

   I took some old, very old, pieces of jewellery into Justine thinking I may be able to make a ring out of them. The end result far exceeded my expectations. Justine had lovely ideas, and communicated brilliantly throughout the whole process, especially when one of my stones turned out to be not what I thought it was and we had a change of plan part way through. Picture attached does not do it justice. I think I may actually have gasped when she first showed it to me.

   A most wonderful jewellery workshop tucked away in the heart of West Wycombe village. We had our weeding rings re-made by Justine; she took great care to listen to our ideas and thoughts and, most importantly, suggest and show us alternatives to consider. The work, including the engraving on the inside of the rings which she arranged, was absolutely superb. We used our original wedding rings together with several items small items we owned but did not use to create the gold used for both the rings and three identical heart pendants (one for each of our daughters). It would not be possible for us to recommend Justine and her workshop too highly; the entire process was an absolute joy. November 2022 and Artisan are still wonderful ! Mike & Rosie

   Absolutely delighted with Justine's stunning design and execution. I took some scraps of family jewellery which she reworked into a beautiful pendant necklace. I now have an amazing piece of contemporary jewellery with tremendous sentimental value. She listened to my brief and sketched the ideas adding her own suggestions. Justine then laid out my diamonds onto her drawings so I could envisage the final result. She was endlessly patient I am thrilled with my modern heirloom. I have no hesitation in recommending Justine.

   I had both our wedding bands engraved which was turned around quickly and the results were great. I also had Justine resize my father's signet ring for the wedding as well which was done quickly and just fits perfectly now. So far she has not designed anything from scratch for me but will certainly consider her when that time comes. The service provided is great and I can only recommend using her.

   Justine, Remade my engagement ring and also my wedding ring from scratch from my great-grandmas wedding band. She is ever so friendly and very knowledgeable. We came up with some beautiful designs. She made them in good time and they are PERFECT! Will defiantly use her again in the near future :) Originally found her on Google and travelled to see her each time from Milton Keynes, well worth the journey!
