   Was sold fake gold plated Chanel earrings. The earrings went black after about a year and then offered no refund when I asked to return them. Criminal for £350 odd I paid.

   Have never been lied to some many time in one transaction. Took a friend’s watch in for repair. Was told will have quote back within a week. Three weeks passed and had to chase, to be told it was back and there was no cost. Sorry, no cost. Ah then was told it hadn’t gone and it was misplaced. How do you misplace someone else’s property. Careless. Another week passes. Was then called to say it would be £600 to carry out a service. Which was agreed. Was then called to a week later to say it was ready. Went in today to collect. Explained all about the lies and poor service, and asked for a discount. Which they then explained the service was originally £720.00 and they had discounted it to £600.00. Well we were told the service was £600 not £720. So another lie. Seriously I would think about using them before leaving anything with them. There is ways of handling mistakes but to be lied to so many times is unacceptable in my book

   I bought my wife a beautiful bracelet from Elite recently (a wedding anniversary present) and was extremely happy with the whole experience. The only downside was being tempted by the fabulous selection of fine watches… and not being able to buy any. Maybe next time.
