This is the third time we have gone to The Mortgage Hut as we have had a superb experience each time. David To and Natalie looked after us this time. David was very knowledgeable, clear and efficient and took us through a number of options, explaining the pros & cons each time. He found us a very good product, took us through credit checks, and gained us a mortgage in principle almost immediately, followed very quickly with a formal offer. The Mortgage Hut did it again for us!! A very personable and effective service. I rarely make recommendations tho’ I can happily unreservedly recommended The Mortgage Hut.
Amazing service from these guys. Especially Jessica Cole and Natasha Hill, they were super helpful and I got my mortgage in the end! Giacomo is and always has been incredible. I always use Police Mortgages as they take the stress out of getting a new deal or when I’ve moved house. I recently tried L+C but the lady tried to push loads of products on me including their own solicitors and legal team for conveyancing. It was clear that the had a preferred list of lenders too and that they didn’t look for the best product for me
Elliott has been brilliant with all my mortgage requirements over the past 4 years. The team are extremely amenable and knowledgeable. They are regularly providing communication to ensure we are fully updated on the process. Would highly recommend.

In my opinion, Mortgage Hut is the worst mortgage broker company ever. Daniel was in charge of my case. So much of my time and money was wasted. He applied for a mortgage from a Lender without checking their eligibility and criteria resulting in my credit score being reduced and I had to reveal to other lenders that I was rejected which is ridiculous. Just in case you blame this on me, my case wasn’t even difficult. I just have low credit score because I have no history which is normal for a lot of young people. That was pretty much everything. He wasted nearly 2months of my time by not responding and applying for the mortgages with lenders that aren’t suitable for me. Not even a sorry after what he did. As a result, I had to find another broker which went well. However, this company (Mortgage Hut) didn’t give me full refund for what they did. I have never left any reviews for any company in my life. But this one has to be revealed. Honestly, the worst experience. You pay for mortgage broker expecting something better. Other mortgage brokers are free. This one however, replies very slowly once they got your money. Honestly, the worst experience. So much stress caused. Please avoid.
