Jade booked our holiday for us for the first time we are going away as a family of 4. She was very thorough and ensured we knew every detail about our stay. I thought travelling with a new baby and a toddler would be stressful but Jade re-assured me and gave me advice on rooms/food/entertainment to put my mind at ease. Tui Derby Street leek excellent customer service such friendly helpful staff nothing is ever too much trouble. Recently helped us take the holiday of a lifetime for 14 people age ranging from 5 years to 70 years their attention to detail offering advice at every stage of the planning. We have booked holidays through Tui at their leek branch for years wouldn’t go anywhere else never had a problem that couldn’t be solved quickly and efficiently with a smile from any member of their staff this holiday was amazing mainly thanks to Marie who even gave us a lesson to use the Disney app and answered dozens of questions no matter how many times we asked. Try them you won’t be disappointed.
