   We recently completed our very first Umrah, and choosing East & West Travel was one of the best decisions we made. From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding. Every taxi transfer and every ziyarat was perfectly on time, which made the whole trip smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was the constant support — whenever we had a question or needed guidance, someone was always available and ready to help. As first-time pilgrims, this reassurance meant a lot and truly enhanced our spiritual journey. Overall, East & West Travel delivered exceptional service and made our first Umrah a memorable and peaceful experience. We would highly recommend them to anyone planning their pilgrimage.

   It was our first ummrah from the start we was nervous regarding the travel and ensuring that everything was done correctly. My friend had previously gone with East and West travels and recommended. And I totally get why she did the support, advice and the journey alhumdilliah was so blessed. Before the journey the team helped to provide us with a lot of knowledge as a family we was nervous about Mum due to health but all information was provided to ensure that Mum was comfortable. Even whilst in Saudi the team looked after the whole group as the communication was fantastic, all questions and information was shared promptly. We did all the Zayirats and travel from Mecca to Medina the group catered towards the needs of everyone. Shall be planning another ummrah inshallah with the whole family with East and West travels. Khurram, Haji Guliab, Mamo and the travel guides both in Medina and Mecca were all very supportive and helpful.

   Have used East and West Travels through brother Khuram twice now. Each time Khuram helped us create a bespoke package with very reasonable prices and top hotels. All ground transports, visas, guides were all included in addition to staff who remained contactable 24/7 if anything were to happen and assistance was needed. Have not travelled as part of a group with Khuram due to dates not aligning with myself otherwise would have definitely booked as part of his group packages. What you see is what you get with Khuram and his team as they don’t mess you around nor charge extortionately and are always willing to help and go the extra mile. Would definitely recommend for both group and bespoke packages.

   Even though we didn’t go as part of a group, brother Khurram sorted the whole trip out for me and my family, from booking the flights, transfers and ziyarah’s at a great price. He provided us with a guide to help us with our umrah. He had people on the ground available to help us with anything at anytime. Overall a great experience would definitely recommend using brother Khurram and his staff for umrah or hajj trips. Jazakallah

   worst experience ever, never book with anyone of these group leaders. they're all liars from the top to the bottom. they take you all the way to Medina & make you wait hours just for the rooms, they took money for a 4* hotel for some customers and stuck them in a 2* hotel next door. the group leader does not even come with you to Medina with you. and when you put a complaint in the groupchat they delete it. and they tell you not to expose them. never book with them, if you do go ahead and you will just see when you get to Medina. some people they take the price for a 4 sharing bedroom and they have a random 5th person on the floor. and they don't want to kick him out because they know him, even though customers paid for a 4 sharing.

   Alhamdulillah we performed our umrah with East West travels Dec 22. It was amazing experience with family a memorable Journey. Jazak Allah to East West Travels Especially Brother Khuram for the Excellent organisation whilst on our umrah Journey. Brother khuram was always available to offer advice, guidance and support when needed. The Ziyarats they organised were very Informative in learning the Islamic History. Alhamdulillah my children gained a lot of knowledge. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to perform umrah with East West Travels. May Allah bless East West Travels more success in their work and reward them Immensely for their efforts especially Brother Khuram.

   Asalaamu alaikum My family and I would like to thank east and west travels for their services. Its been wonderful going to Umrah with a group of lovely people, its made our umrah experience more enjoyable. The team leader Haji Ghalib has been very helpful and informative. The tour guides were very good explaining the background information which gave us knowledge and understanding how Islam began. We will highly recommend east and west travels to our friends and relatives who plan to go for Umrah. May Allah bless the entire team and give all of us another opportunity to go again very soon, ameen.

   Terrible experience with this company very unprofessional umrah hotel was terrible told us it was 5 stars mould in the bathroom of the hotel no wifi, took us 8 hours coach journey to get to madinah was told by travel guy it would take 4 hours was better off taking train which would have took 2 hours wasted a day in travelling, group leaders were no where to be seen, this travel agency is a joke, just set up to make money and not accommodate there customers, would definitely avoid at all cost better off booking umrah your self will work out cheaper and better hotels.
