We walked into Polkadot Travel Stafford with a simple ask – “we want to go anywhere on these dates” (which were only 24 hours away!). Britney was absolutely awesome. She listened carefully to what we were after and quickly found us an epic deal. Even when my husband had a wobble about leaving our business for 7 days, and with my son’s rehearsal commitments to work around, Britney didn’t miss a beat. She went on to find us a second epic deal that ticked every box and still felt like a treat. What really impressed us was how much she cared about the details. We only mentioned in passing that we’d thought about going back to Greece in January, but Britney was determined to make it happen now for the sake of our 12-year-old – and she pulled it off brilliantly! The hotel was fab, the location perfect, and we had an amazing time. The only (minor) downside – which isn’t a reflection on Polkadot Travel or Britney at all – was that we couldn’t use the Jet2 app for extras like excursions as everything was locked down to “refer to your agent.” But honestly, Britney’s customer service more than made up for that. We’ll 100% be back to book our next trip with her. Service like this is very rare these days – thank you, Britney!
We have booked our holiday to Canada next year with Julie. She has been fantastic - her knowledge, enthusiasm and overall willingness to make sure we get what we want has been superb. Great service and can’t wait until next year!
Another holiday booked today to Skiathos 2026 with the help of the lovely Julie. She is so knowledgeable and she even sent me photographs of the hotel I booked. There are many reasons why Polka Dot Travel in Stafford fully deserve 5 Stars, Mainly for their commitment to provide the best service they can. Our holiday didn't exactly go to plan, through absolutely no fault of theirs. They found an amazing holiday to Iceland and New York at a great price, unfortunately due to weather in Iceland the Airline cancelled the flight out as we arrived at the airport, making the holiday a no go. The next day we went to see Julie in store and she pulled out all the stops, found us a great hotel and flight out to New York the next morning for a fantastic 5 night , 6 day trip. On our return we then needed to follow up our cancellation and refund, it didn't happen as fast as we wanted but Julie again worked above and beyond to speed the process up and the refund was soon back in our bank account. so in short the staff are there for you whether it be finding your dream trip OR to sort out any issues beyond their or your control. Well done to the girls at Stafford Polka Dot, Thankyou for all your efforts and a New York trip full of wonderful memories.
Called in to Polka Dot Travel yesterday (12/1/23) to see about booking an accessible holiday for myself and 2 carers. We were greeted by the lovely Julie, i think she was the store manager. Nothing was too much trouble, she listened to everything that i needed, contacted hotels for accessible rooms, contacted jet2 to sort out things like special assistance etc. Julie was very lovely and very knowledgeable. I went in looking for a week away and ended up booking 2 separate holidays. Nothing beats the human touch as they say and not having to do any of the work myself was definitely an added bonus. Would highly recommend visiting in store to get a great deal!
Recently booked a holiday through Polka Dot Travel in Stafford. Both Lydia and Julie were extremely friendly and helpful with the booking, which made it all a very easy process. We've just recently come back from an amazing holiday in New York, which we booked with Polka Dot Stafford. In fact all our holidays are booked with Polka Dot and especially Julie who is the manager of the shop. She has an abundance of experience and always knows how to cater for whatever holiday it is your after. I cannot recommend Julie and her team enough fab service as always.
