“Lovely morning at Leon's open day meeting many of the friends we have made on our holidays and enjoying seeing rob a tim again the best coach drivers and seeing their coaches looking so shiny a credit to them. The new brochure has great holidays in it at perfect prices and lots of choices. We are off a week tomorrow again with them to isle of wight a d can't wait. “Amazing sunrise experience from Tissington today. We booked 2 years ago and having had 12 failed attempts (due to unsettled weather) it was most definitely worth the wait. I would like to say thank you for the 12 cancellations (bet you don’t get that often haha!) as it means you have put our safety first which I massively appreciate! This company’s Knowledgeable and friendly staff made the flight memorable and provided an overall fantastic experience from booking stage to the flight going ahead! “We hired the boat "Molly May" through Waterways Holidays from Norbury Wharf.. We arrived and we met by friendly approachable staff. The Boat was ready to go and was spotless.. We loaded up and Phil showed us all we needed to know, he was very thorough and left us full of confidence for the week ahead. On return we were helped into the boat yard and had to admit to a lost windlass and 2 broken glasses!! The staff were very good about it and didn't charge us and even offered 5% off our next to holiday with them! The cafe and chandlery were also excellent.. Many thanks for a great wk of off grid solitude!!”

“Had our first takeaway from Wok Stop and enjoyed the food. We had two lots of noodles with chicken and one with prawns and with a variety of extras. The food was delivered a tad earlier than was expected but rather earlier than later! The food was delicious, piping hot with fresh ingredients.”

“Great place for a reunion of friends. Would equally suit a family looking for a few nights away. The house is clean though in some areas a bit tired but overall what one would expect for an older property. The views and scenery are stunning and it's very quiet so a great place to get away from it all and unwind. Nearest pub is a short drive away in a nearby village so if you want a pub in walking distance not really doable. The open fire in the lounge is fantastic and we bought extra firewood which is essential. One of the bedrooms was very cramped but the others were great with comfy beds. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, cooker, hob and microwave plus dishwasher a bonus. Overall, for the price, the property, I believe, offers fantastic value for money and great place for stopping a few nights.”

“We had a birthday party here yesterday for a 2 year old. It was fantastic. Play barn was warm, clean and plenty of frames for kiddies. Tractor ride and feeding animals included. The staff was great, so helpful. Especially wife and husband who took charge. Very helpful. Good price for what was included. We had it all to ourselves too”
