   If they can continue to contact me year in year out.... I will report you for harassment. Last year after you trying to offer me a mortgage with my own lender for a higher price to get your commission out of me I wouldn't touch you with a barge pole. Despite me telling you to remove all of my contact numbers from your system you still persisted to call me last year. Low and behold same time this year your contacting me again!!! Stop harassing people.

   Alex was incredibly helpful and didn't mind any of the numerous questions I threw at him, and he would always get back to me very quickly. One of the issues I have, due to the amount of medication I have to take, is that it makes my processing of information a lot slower, and Alex was very understanding and took the extra time to explain things to me. He came up with several options so that I was able to make an informed decision rather than have only 1 choice.
