We booked our most recent holiday with Trailfinders in Aberdeen and were very impressed with the service we received. We visited the Aberdeen Union Street branch and were welcomed by Lewis who took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for. We knew we wanted to go to Canada and do the Rockies but we didn’t know the best way of putting it together and if we could work a cruise to Alaska around it too but very quickly Lewis gave us some suggestions, he spent a lot of time tailoring a trip for us and took in to consideration everything we told him about places we wanted to visit and dates and also that we didn’t want to drive. After a few tweaks Lewis had put together a great itinerary and we promptly booked. After booking we were given access to an app and constantly updated on our travel plans, it is a very useful tool and allows you to view your whole trip on the go without having to look for emails or paperwork, make payments, book excursions as well as up to date information on your destinations visa requirements and more. The attention to detail and personal touches set Trailfinders apart from any other travel agents we have used in the past. We subsequently went on the trip, and everything was perfect, we had the time of our lives on a holiday that felt as though it had been tailored to our every need. The hotels were all perfectly situated, the transfers were excellent, and everything from beginning to end went smoothly. We will be booking with Trailfinders again and would recommend to anyone else considering.

The price you got the flight for me to fly to Australia and the time and effort convinced me to travel with you again my only reason not to give you 5 stars is the fact you couldn't arrange my visa along with my ticket in the past I have travelled to many places and you arranged so this is the only thing you might think about in the future. They were incredible, helped us book our trip to Costa Rica, LA and San Francisco in it's entirety. Made us feel very relaxed about the whole thing and for an incredible price.

Just the best when trying to book a trip. The staff are lovely, helpful and experienced and great at answering questions, of which there are many in these current climates. We have had to cancel 2 big trips and they sorted out the refund of flights etc. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
Great help and will go out of their way to help you. The guy Matt had really excellent knowledge off places all around the world literally. Warned us off places that would be bad weather in the summer, which I checked and he was right. Other local places we inquired with didn't even mention it. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
