For some reason my online order was going to be coming after I went on holiday, so I was panicking - Becky sorted it out for me to get my order in plenty of time, she even rang me to let me know when my money had arrived so I wasn't backwards and forwards all the time, thank you Becky for your help and great service
What a super star “Millie” was. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable (and very patient) with me. She was VERY professional. I have used the click and collect service twice this year and been very happy. The money is always ready and the lady who works there is very professional and friendly. She takes the time to ensure everything is correct, and also to ask where you are off to, adding a very friendly touch the the whole process (Millie in the ASDA Spondon store in Derby). I'll certainly be using the service again!
It's great that ASDA have a kiosk in store, makes it more accessible for those who don't want to go into town. Got a better rate through ASDA rewards too! Becky was brilliant and very helpful.
