   Having impulsively booked a holiday with TUI, we fast became concerned after seeing photos and reading reviews of our soon to be holiday. We were filled with regret and worried that we were now paying for something we weren’t excited about. Enter Oliver. Crewe is our local TUI and not where we had initially booked. I will note that there is a £50 per person charge to change a holiday, the price rising the closer to the holiday you get. In this instance, worth it for us. Oliver was determined to find us the best holiday possible, meeting the needs of the whole family and if possible, shaving off a few quid. Oliver was polite, personable, professional and was focused on giving us that holiday buzz. Without a doubt that’s what we got. He took time providing a selection of options, shared reviews, offered his professional opinion and even spoke to colleagues that had first hand experience of the destinations we were looking at. If Oliver is anything to go by, this is a fantastic team at Tui Crewe and we will be back to arrange our next trip soon. Thanks Oliver!

   Usually book directly on line but as this had to be a last minute decision, four weeks beforehand, we went into the TUI Crewe Store to book a Mediterranean cruise, and were greeted by Jasmine. We knew which cruise we wanted but had not actually been on the ship of choice before. Jasmine was able to give ‘insider’ information regarding cabins, layout, bars etc on board as she has actually cruised on this ship. We were able to choose our cabin and more importantly, confirm seats and flight details there and then, rather than waiting for the on-line booking confirmation email to come through with our booking reference. Jasmine was knowledgeable and helpful and we are now looking forward to our holiday with the accommodation and flights that we wanted.

   Gorgeous store really lovely and bright, cute comfortable booths to sit in and talk about your holiday. We recently booked a holiday here and we’re helped by Emma H, we had less than a week to go before we wanted to depart and she managed to find us an excellent deal. She listened to what we wanted, our budget, and needs and found us a lovely holiday at a fantastic price. We will definitely be back and thanks again for your help. Highly recommend

   Went into store on 25.3.23 to upgrade our holiday at Crewe. A lovely young lady called Jasmine dealt with us, she was professional, helpful and went above and beyond even making a phone call to get the upgrade for us because it wasnt showing on her screen. She was so helpful we even booked our insurance with her. Thank you Jasmine for all your help x
