Our child is at Maples and we couldn't be happier with the care he's receiving. He absolutely loves his days at nursery. The team are great, the facilities are great and they have lovely outdoor space. Would recommend Maples to everyone.
My wife and I are both really happy that our daughter is being looked after so well and enjoying her time so much at Maples. We both work, and so knowing that our daughter is safe, happy and learning lots from the professional team at Maples gives us peace of mind. My wife did a lot of research about which nursery to choose as it is a big decision and we'd definitely recommend Maples. When we meet the staff at pick-up/drop-off they always take the time to let us know how the day's been and to answer any questions we might have. The care and professionalism of the whole team is fab. Thank you!
My daughter is just finishing her journey at maples and we have loved every second of our last 4 years here. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful and always keep us updated on the fun exciting things that our children get up to daily. They also have great events throughout the year. We will continue to recommend maples to anyone looking for a nursery!
My daughter went to maples day nursery for about a year before I went on maternity leave with my second child and she thrived more than I could’ve hoped. All staff made her feel comfortable and spent time getting to know her individually, to ensure that her days were not only full of fun , but she was educated and supported the way she needed. My niece and nephew also attended this nursery and both had great experiences and have grown up to be caring, confident and positive children and I believe their experiences at the nursery massively impacted this in the best way possible. If I ever had any concerns , I was able to approach any member of staff and feel confident that my concerns would be dealt with promptly, appropriately and professionally while my child’s best interests were at the centre of any resolutions. Having worked in childcare myself, it’s obvious to notice that all staff members at maples really want what is best for the children and go to work everyday to make a positive difference to the next generation. The staff are amazing at Maples, and it is our daughter's favourite days of the week! She is learning so much every week, including Makaton. She really has come on leaps and bounds since she started, in all aspects of her development. She especially loves going to the large outside spaces to play. The staff are always so helpful with any queries, and if I have any concerns about my daughters development, they always happy to help, and truly care about all the children in their care. I could not recommend this nursery enough!
Childbase Partnership and Maples is the worst company I have applied for and the least ethical and transparent in their recruitment process, particularly if you are looking for an inclusive collaboration but aren't a UK citizen. I felt discriminated and scammed through the whole compliance recruitment process and they spammed me with tons of emails. Their policy comes before anything and before your knowledge (BA of hons Level 6) and 4 year and a half expertise on the field. A real insult. As a candidate, after you accept a job offer and are DBS checked, the job is never yours and they know how to make you feel uninvited and unwelcomed. This is not education this is discrimination and they are not inclusive. Very glad I don't work for this company and people, after seeing and being involved in their scam/fraud that made me waste money, time and better opportunities. Happy I obtained another job in two weeks time!
My daughter came here when she was little and in the baby room which we absolutely loved, she was only there for a little while as the nursery cost were so high and my husband couldn't bare the idea of her being left all day so we eventually found a childminder to suit the hours for us better. My little one always came home happy and the staff were always so supportive for the work they do its such an under appreciated job. The only downfall is the staff turnover but all the staff whether they were new or had been there a little while we're very lovely. Thank you x
My son love Maples and all the staff. The staff know their children and they always are happy to help and support my child or my with anything.
Wouldn't recommend this nursery. We had really bad experience with Maples when our son was there. Every day he cried to stay there. He was there only for short time as it was so bad. Staff didn't seem like they care at all! They didn't even knew where our son was when we came unexpected! They lost a child and they didn't even noticed! Nothing is organized there and staff need a proper training! My son was scared to try different nursery after Maples!
