   Needed to get to the airport with kids and luggage. The taxi (mini bus) arrived on time, got us there quickly and the driver was very friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault the service on the day. We were quoted a different price on the phone to what we ended up paying on the day, so best to double check before going in case you're caught out. Apart from that, we were happy with the service.

   Absolutely awful customer service. I got shouted at with vile language from the woman on the phone. I was informed the taxi service had called but received no such call. Terrible company, don’t waste your time and book somewhere else.

   Ordered a taxi day before, was told no problem, taxi arrives 10 minutes late. Dispatcher told me that I shouldn't have been told yes because I live 20 minutes away literally have taxis come to collect me from Aberdeen without issue, dispatcher customer service shocking won't be using them again. Driver was great did his best to get me to the airport.

   Took a taxi 2 weeks ago and the driver was great, no issues with him (he wasn't employed by Westhill Taxis, so no credit to them for that). He then emailed me a receipt which I found out ONLY says a payment has been made to someone called X. NO details on showing this is a Taxi receipt etc. The poorest receipt I had ever seen. Not surprisingly my company questioned that "piece of paper". I was offshore and called Westhill Taxi to request a proper receipt. A woman picked up and after I provided her with all details of dates etc, said "you need to call again and speak with the director to check whether you're a real person who has used our taxi. Our receipts have no issues". That was an absolute unnecessary insult. She could simply say: "you need to speak with the director who has access to the details". Only dishonest people immediately assume that other people are trying to cheat too. Anyway, I sent the "so-called" receipt to them and the director wasn't bothered with any of my points on the original receipt and their insulting behaviour and just sent a scan of a taxi receipt (receiving a proper receipt is also minimum service and I give them no credit for that). This is a problem with some successful businesses and they think they have enough customers and they can treat people as they wish and if someone is not happy with it, let him be. Anyway I've now found a very nice taxi driver and will never use Westhill taxis again. Let pay money to nice people.

   This company provided me with an excellent service, taking me to and from the vaccination centre and waited over 1 1/2 hours until I had be3n vaccinated. Due to the length of time, the young driver was so concerned, he contact d the security to ask if I was okay and everything had gone well. I was so touched by the concern he had shown. The fare charged included all the travelling and the waiting time. I would highly recommend Westhill Taxis for their superb service and care of their customers.
