   I had a lovely experience at Cash Converter when I popped in last week.I've been after a silver PS2 for a little while now,so popped in on a whim.I was immediately met with a warm welcome and the staff I spoke to were just lovely.Ashley is a brilliant salesman and great to have a chat with. I decided to take a look at one of the PS2's in their cabinet which he took out for me so I could check its condition and we had a chat about some memories playing the console when it came out :) I decided to buy it and Ashley threw a memory card into the bundle for me at no extra cost.He even gave me 10% discount on any extra games I picked up! I ended up with the console,8 games,a memory card and an extra controller for just over £80 which is a bargain. Just a really nice positive experience overall and im so pleased with my purchase! Thanks again Ashley!

   Rip off brought a phone at Xmas phone left at home while on holiday then got home phone dead taken back under warranty to be sent to a another shop who said water damage and showed me photos and the screen that was on was completely different to the screen picture ie Lock Screen phone wouldn’t turn on no matter what but they said he got it to turn on and screen water damaged literally just taken for another option some where and the phone corrupted basically they taken phone apart screen fine board fine battery fine phone is shot it, They buy cheap sell expensive and come up with rubbish to not replace and as a franchise shop you can’t get in touch with head office

   These are robbers! I wouldn’t use these ever again!! I put a ring in pawn and I was told that it would cost me £10 extra each month I left it in there for 2 months and I went to buy it back today and they charged me £107.92 for it being in there 2 months so how is that £10 per month??? They tell you what you want to hear on the day and because I’m not very good at reading and writing! They have taken advantage of me!!!!! So please be very careful!! I have had to get someone else to write this for me
