Extremely poor customer service. No one answers the phone, and I was charged full price for a 3 Spa ticket on the 29th of December. I was told the spa would be closing at 8 pm, but it actually closed at 7 pm. Due to this misleading information from reception, I was only able to use the spa for 20 minutes. To make matters worse, the duty manager was rude and refused to issue a refund. Very disappointing experience.

Been a regular at this gym for about a year and a bit. While the facilities themselves are fantastic and much improved after the refurb, everything else leaves alot to be desired The membership prices are simply far too expensive, some of the staff members are just unhelpful and dismissive (especially some of the younger folk on the front desk) and the clientele at the gym itself are nasty human beings who spoil the atmosphere. The latter isn't the gym's responsibility per se but I will certainly not miss it Overall, it's a decent establishment albeit too pricey

Great place to spend time with family. Daughter goes to swimming classes and is always well organised and very clean. Tracy does a great job keeping up with everything. We have used almost all facilities including her birthday party this year and we only have good things to say.

Extra star for friendly staff but 3 stars off for one of the worst soft plays Iβve been to. Not very clever idea to allow kids 4-12 to use the soft play. Older kids are pushing and bullying the young ones. 12 years old is definitely too old for a soft play especially when you allow 4 year olds there as well. Itβs dangerous for the little ones !! Place is very small, a few tables with chairs. Frame is tall but not big enough for the amount of children let in. The area for babies has got nothing in it apart from a few foam blocks so even babies got bored after 10 min. Maybe itβs ok for small kids when itβs quiet but in half term avoid !!!!! I will never come back.

Value for money. Not the best soft play but half the price of the rest. Nice and clean and well looked after. Free parking for 4 1/2 hours. Make sure to put your reg in at the touchscreen to the left of the reception. Soft play is over 4 stories, slides, trampolines, ropes and much more. Great fun for the kids. Also has a little toddler area too.

We booked the clip n climb for Sunday afternoon. The slots get booked up so plan ahead. You need to arrive 15 mins ahead of the session and there are usually tables available to sit at and watch. There are loads of individual walls with different routes/activities to them. Great option for indoor fun. Good pre briefing. Toilets and Costa on site. Parking is free but remember to register your car.

Wonderful leisure centre with everything you need - including softplay and climbing center for the kids, spa, swimming and gym for the adults. Only problem is that if you are not a member, you need to book way ahead to get spaces as it's very popular.

Best gym in the area in my opinion. The gym is well equipped and still feels brand new. The pool is lovely and always a great temperature. The spa is bigger than expected, with 2 steam rooms (1 normal, 1 citrus), a sauna and a salt room and is always kept pristine. The staff are super friendly and really really helpful. Classes are brilliant and plentiful. Obviously the Costa is an added bonus! Could not recommend this leisure centre more!

Went for the Just Swim session with my 8-month-old son. Changing rooms were clean and really nice, and I'll be making use of the pram locks next time. The training pool was a little cold for my baby, but nice temperature for me and really spacious. The splash area look fantastic and was really popular with the older children. Will definitely be back!

[May 2020] Only used the climbing wall, but my 6 year old granddaughter loved it. The two people supervising the session did a great job. Would have given more stars if the parking situation had been made clearer. It doesnβt mention that you get two hours free parking at the car park pay and display - itβs Β£2 an hour! Come on; itβs not a hospital. Clearer signage needed to advise that users of the leisure centre get free parking.
