Same as others.. tracking didn’t work, wrongly labelled product ingredients, contact was abismal.. sham as if executed correctly, would have been grea!

Same as other people have said, I have ordered food and no idea when or if they are delivering. I have called multiple times and emailed them, with no response. I am left with no alternative but to cancel my order and go elsewhere
An absolute shambles. Tracking info did not work, kept telling me to try again in 30mins and could not contact anybody about my order, all i received was some scan code which was useless as i do not use a mobile phone. My order took 6 days to arrive and was left at another address with no card left through the door and i was actually home on the day they apparently tried deliver it failing to leave any details anyway, i had to chase around online for hours and finally located the parcel left at a neighbours that had been there more than a whole day and night, the food was completely defrosted and warm so went straight in the bin. Never again. Absolutely useless. And sack DPD also, they are liars and incompetent.
