One of the rudest pharmacies I’ve ever had the displeasure of entering. No customer service or smile, just puts her hand out indicating your prescription. Then has the audacity to whisper in her colleagues ear, and shoot a dirty look when asked to at least say hi or good morning. Basic social etiquette. This pharmacy should be ashamed of themselves. And it’s not the first time they have delivered awful service. Avoid
Have been getting my repeat prescriptions from this branch of Rowland's pharmacy since 2017. Never had any issues, orders are always correct and I do need to pick up around 3-5 prescriptions per month. The staff has always been very kind and patient, quick to resolve any queries/issues with stock if there were any. They always have information available about the opening hours, even sending you a text with the time of pharmacist's lunch so you can plan accordingly. The staff are always a joy to see, they are all knowledgeable and helpful - for example, they will have your repeats list and if you need over the counter medication they will do the work to see if there are any interactions, certainly very helpful. Overall, 11/10 service!
Went in to get my flu jab. Chemist was clean and tidy. Staff were very attentive, polite and made sure I was comfortable with everything before proceeding. Also gave great advice on aftercare. Thanks
A well maintained, and organised pharmacy, with efficient staff, and a direct approach to every query. Their text-notifcation service to alert you to when your prescription has arrived is very useful, and I'm grateful for it.

I never went in there to fetch my prescription without having to wait rather long. Sometimes the pharmacy was closed during business hours as well. Plus, the people there usually were barely polite, certainly not friendly. But what I experienced today will make me look for another pharmacy in future. A wheel on my daughter's wheelchair broke a few meters from the pharmacy, and I needed a place to leave the wheelchair for half an hour to organise something. Naturally, I asked at the pharmacy, but they couldn't help me. Fortunately, the people in the computer shop a few houses down were more helpful.
Very nice and helpful staff with great customer service. Have been a lot more helpful to myself and my son than our gp practice has! Great advice given and the staff actually listen to any concerns you have and anything you have to say.
Pick up prescription from yesterday. 3 girls working and Keep asking me for 5 mins and stay outside. I keep checking after 5 mins but they keep saying 5 more mins. Waited for 30 mins this morning after school drop off. Girls have no idea what they were doing, and have no concerns of other people time. Such a shame.
