Amazing customer service and really lovely bunch. Took their time with our youngest daughter when they had her over for retrieval of lodged object her ear. Much appreciated!!!!
Booked ear health consultation including wax removal. All procedure lasts for less than 15 min. Not impressed with the service I received. Ears wasn't cleaned properly, large amount of wax left in both ears. See photo attached. For £50 I expect better service.
Would definitely recommend getting ear wax removal. I was very impressed with the way in which the pharmacist explained everything before starting the process and asking all the questions necessary regarding any ear problems I may have. Hearing almost perfect thank you.
