   Just been in with prescriptions , girl said will be 20 minutes, bear in mind there is No-one else in the pharmacy at this time ! She said we are busy ! I take it people are busy but 20 mins for prescription! I think all Boots pharmacies are the same , staff are not very helpful some very rude especially Scotstown one in BOD ! You go elsewhere and you get prescriptions within 10 minutes! Boots you need to seriously look at training your staff with manners and not for customers to have to wait so long for prescriptions! I won’t be back !!

   Great pharmacy it’s self, staff member on the desk was quite rude, while I was waiting in my Perscription the girl on the desk on the (30.05.25) at 2:30 was so rude to other people in the queue, basically sounded like she didn’t want to be bothered and was treating other patients in for their Perscriptions like we’re a system and not actually people?

   Bit of a wait was told 30 mins so went outside to give others a seat plus my son was in car waiting , came back in 20 mins later to be told il have to join the end of Que again which would of been another 30+ mins , for a prescription that’s been there for over 3 days already . American lass has got a bit of an attitude on her , sort your stuff out!

   The whole staff is really nice and helpful! I did visit the place with a quiet serious condition. The pharmacist lady is a wonderful human being. She suddenly made phonecalls and after that she even came with me to the hospital to help here to get help! Wonderful human being!

   Giving it 4 stars for the blonde pharmacist! She works he backside off, also Barry he's nice and polite. But I'm due dispense once every 4 weeks and half the time it's my doctor's who don't walk it the 20 yards, even when I phone a week in advance.

   The most terrible Pharmacy I have ever heard about or had dealings with, I have been trying to call them all day Monday 06/06/2022 phone has been engaged all day sixty phone calls from first thing in morning until four twenty in the afternoon. I have no doubt they will have some excuse for this they always do, even when I go to the pharmacy in person I can see the utter contempt and disregard they have for customers including myself. I feel it’s disgraceful the way they deal with people who depend on them for life saving medication they should be ashamed of themselves.

   The service at this pharmacy is absolutely diabolical They have no respect for customers My wife has been waiting over a week for her prescription and they give various excuses for this This is not a one off event it happens regularly My suggestion to readers is not to use this place for your prescriptions .

   The staff here deserve a gold medal!! I'd have a mental break down if I worked here! Seriously Management, respect your hard working staff and take on more staff! I dont know how chemists are run, but what I do notice is that the Pharmacist needs to check everything before it goes out and it's holding things up. Need more pharmacist on a shift to share the huge workload? Ones to deal with shop front prescriptions and others to deal with behind the scenes ones. Stop people waiting ages in long queues and stop putting your staff under so much pressure!!
