   Have no problem with this pharmacy but could not help but feel discriminated when I went in to pick up my medication been with this pharmacy for a very long time now and could not shake the feeling that I was being judged for the way I looked as I was asked for identification witch has never happened before and I was looked at like i was filth just because I was in my indoor clothes that really hurt me she has served me before aswell and she chose to look at me like I was filth and ask me if am sure I am who i say I am and ask me for identification so I just want to say thank you to the female worker that made me feel like that it has completely destroyed my confidence and I would like to say the rest of the staff are amazing very friendly and polite

   Absolutely shocking standard of service, appeared at 17.45 to collect my prescription, two female staff members that were on had no idea where prescription was then proceeded to argue with each other about who had checked the basket, male pharmacist at 17.50 tried saying it had been sent off site and to come back tomorrow as people should know the rule no pick ups after 17.45 (store is open to 6) pharmacists then discussing mixing my medication. I told them I can hear everything they are saying and 30 seconds later they suddenly found my medication through the back. Absolutely disgusting from all staff members combining lying about times just so they can go home early and mixing medication which can be fatal. 1 star is being generous

   I don't normally leave negative reviews of anywhere because I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe a one time instance of poor service can be put down to a bad day or time. However I am repeatedly shocked at the service received at this pharmacy. I have been made fun of because of prescriptions I've handed in, out loud to other customers. My regular prescriptions are never ready. Staff are rude. Pharmacists are rude.

   Just been to collect my medication 3 people working ignored people who was at till who was there to pick up there prescription one person left as we were getting ignored really should train staff up on customer service as they act like customers are invisible but there's always a problem with this pharmacy

   Not only does it take them 4-5 days to get my vital pain relief medication but also they refuse someone who has a mobility disability and challenge them when asked in the regards of helping deliver very important medication. I am housebound at times but that’s not important.feel judged and will be changing pharmacies in hopes of getting some help as I am alone without any family or friends who can help. Feel like it’s a bit discriminatory to assume that I am fine and challenge why possible reason I could have without going into detail or being a bit more respectful. Very disappointed

   After having emergency life saving surgery in June, when I was released from hospital, the health care professionals suggested I get my supplies from a nearer pharmacy, but now that I am able to drive and collect my medical needs from Rowlands, City Hospital, I am much happier. There is no substitute for professionalism, customer care, and attentiveness. Now offering a text notification when meds ready for collection. Great staff.
