   Extremely slow service, regularly told your prescription is ready but it isn't, sometimes you'll ask for it then it'll be taken from the drawer and you still have to wait 15 to 20 minutes to be asked your address and postcode

   Absolutely shocking service. The pharmacists do not know what they are talking about. You are asking for a prescription arrival , they say yea is here , you get there is not. If they don't understand something they just nod at you instead of asking for clarification. Shocking , if you can , stay away and get your medicine somewhere else, dreadfull. Would've give 0 stars if could .

   We had such a lovely Christmas dinner and it was the first time going out on Christmas! Thanks to all the staff and Janette for her friendly banter and professional attentive attitude! It's people like her that make us want to come back xx drinks prices were fab too. Lovely friendly place. Thank you x

   When I'm in the phones allways ringing nobody answers. staff standing in the back giggling. when I'm calling in no answer for hours. absolute joke.

   Absolutely ridiculous never have prescriptions ready or not there and make u wait 20 minutes queuing to be seen and be told it will be another 30 minutes to dispense my prescription and being asthmatic I can’t wait when i have no inhaler!!

   They never have prescriptions ready, totally disorganised and when you go in to pick up a prescription they tell you it will be a 30 minute wait. Regardless of when they received it. The queue is always out of the door. And the staff are very rude. I am changing pharmacy because of them. I have severe epilepsy and cannot go and collect the orders myself. Changing means going to a pharmacy further away. Which doesn’t help the people who need to get it for me. Disgrace to their own profession. Will be taking it up with senior management and regional manager.
