    Experience was excellent. Went to collect my prescription and was going to purchase a couple of other items. The lovely lady told me I could get it on prescription there and then. Did not even know it was a thing. I appreciate the lady helping me.

    Went to pick up a prescription for my mother and the head pharmacist (presumably) was extremely rude. Condescending and literally snickered at me at one point. Work on your customer service. A prime example of why people should be forced to do retail and hospitality jobs in their teens because if not in spawns horrible people like that. It would have been fine had they not been so rude. At least look me in the eye if you’re going to snicker at me from behind the counter. I was nothing but nice the entire time - if thats the way you treat your clientele (and from the looks of the reviews, it is) then don’t run a business. Go to Boots, they’re a lot nicer because they actually have to work on their customer service or face consequences. There’s obviously none here :)

    Staff are always cheerful and willing to help, even when busy. Much quicker service than Boots in the shopping centre and is always fully stocked of essentials.

    Rude and unhelpful staff, especially since they are working with members of the public who have health concerns. We are new parents and my partner felt that the staff made her feel inadequate and had no concerns for the fact that she had genuine worries regards her own health in terms of maternal care. We registered for the Minor Ailments Service at this pharmacy with a view to support local firms, however, we have decided to take our custom to the local Boots store. Never written online review before but felt so strongly that this is my first. Will repeat these concerns in writing to them.
