Reliable company considering I like to buy the Darf food for my dog, but the postage is extortionate - £7.99. When the dog food is £22.99 worth....there must be a way of making the postage more cost effective for customers.
A joke of a company. Messed up my order and delivery times on multiple occasions, causing me to have to drive half an hour last minute to get dog food to hold me over until my (what was supposed to be) recurring subscription was delivered. Any response by them below will just be some BS, because they took no steps to ensure their loyal customers got their orders on time.
