   A great local park, large playground with sandpit and lots of play equipment including a zip line. A large field and some playing courts. The pond is gorgeous with a lovely walk round, always nice to feed the ducks and collect leaves and things for toddler crafts.

   This is a regular spot for me to do a walk. It’s good to take a breather and enjoy the atmosphere. You might see families with kids or people with dogs walking there. There is also a spot where you can sit and have your Lunch or a small picnic.

   Mixed bag. Great playing pitches, pleasant lake and walk around. Nice coffee stop (the 'waffle van') and lots to see and do. Derelict golf course is a dog walking bonus but need to clear up lots of broken glass, stray wires etc.. Altogether a good public facility.

   While waiting for my bike to be serviced, I took the opportunity to take a stroll around this lovely lake. The pathway is of tarmac and forms a circuit around the whole lake, so is accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs all year round. There are benches aplenty...with most being made from heavy duty recycled plastic, nice places to sit while watching the many species of waterfowl on the lake. I was amazed while walking, that there was no litter...hard to believe in such a popular place. So, well done Waverley Council and the locals who use it...makes the whole thing much nicer.

   A delightful lake, easy to walk around in under 45 minutes with a tarmaced path surrounded by fairly unspoiled undergrowth and popular with fishermen. The island in the middle hosts a number of birds, ducks, swans & herons. Ideal for disabled people, with numerous benches facing the lake allow one to stop and enjoy the views. . Free parking nearby, as well as a children's playground, indoor Health Centre with pool, and a wide area of grass used by cricketers etc.
