   Such a good atmosphere very dark and eclectic, these pillow cases are so soft and witchy. I absolutely adore these and so easy to wash aswell. The bouncers are incredibly rude even for bouncers i love to dance to this music when they play charli xcx but not when they play taylor swift please do not play her when i am there. Every time I come here I always go to the toilet for a number 2. Very inviting and warm i would recommend considering it is good compare ro all other aberseen clubs... on the other hand they are obsessed with trump for some reason. Please stop these things and it will be perfect. My incontinence occurs in there toilets thanks

   Had a good night overall. But was ruined by a bouncer. The bouncer pre-emptively singled me out to "look for my ticket to the cloakroom" or else leave the line. I mistakenly found a cloakroom ticket from a different venue. He then tried to hurry me out of the line despite still looking for the ticket. I found the ticket and was about to give it to the cloakroom attendant. Then suddenly, because of likely anger issues, the bouncer decides to pull in another bouncer and manhandled me out of the club. Ripping my ticket and scratching my hand in the process. Absolutely atrocious behaviour for a completely non-confrontational situation. I would gladly sue both the club and bouncer. And report it to the police. Disgusting behaviour.

   I don’t drink alcohol but the atmosphere was really good. I took my water outside and got banned from the bouncer. After telling him It’s just water and I’m more than happy to take it back inside he told me to stop being cheeky and not to come back. An absolute disgrace to the club.

   As someone who has been to a fair number of clubs in Aberdeen, I can wholeheartedly say that Underground club is one of the worst I have ever been to. My experience here was nothing short of disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Firstly, the toilets were abysmal. They were dirty and unclean, with barely any toilet paper, and the floors were soaking wet, causing a slipping hazard. It's honestly surprising that a club that charges such high entry fees does not have the decency to invest in basic hygiene facilities. To add insult to injury, the staff in the toilets were extremely rude and forceful when it came to selling products. They would push sweets and sprays in your face, even if you weren't interested, making it incredibly uncomfortable to use the facilities. And if you weren't careful, they would use their card machines to force a £20 charge on you for a spray of fake perfume. It's deplorable that they take advantage of young drunk people in this way. The bar staff were no better. They were incredibly rude, dismissive and uninterested in serving anyone. They would often ignore customers and serve their friends first, leaving the rest of us waiting for ages to get a drink. It's unacceptable that they treat customers this way, especially considering the high prices that are charged for drinks. Moreover, the club was packed to an unsafe capacity. It was impossible to move around, let alone dance, without constantly bumping into someone. The crowd was rowdy, with people shouting and pushing their way through, making it an unpleasant and dangerous experience. Finally, the door staff were negligent in their duties. They let in underage people, despite having strict policies against it, and allowed people who were clearly too drunk to enter the club. This only added to the chaos and disorder inside the club. In conclusion, I had a terrible experience at Underground club in Aberdeen. The dirty and unclean toilets, rude and uninterested staff, and over-packed and unsafe conditions make for a thoroughly unpleasant night out. Save your money and go elsewhere - this place is not worth it.

   Bouncers are disgusting. Was not allowed to get my jacket and was outside waiting all night in the cold with no jacket. Tried to wait in door way for the night to end so I could get my jacket, was shoved repeatedly and woke up with bruises. Also they were extremely racist to a Mexican man who was in the same situation as me.

   Shocking treatment tonight (New Year 2023) towards my 29 year old son.....wouldnt give him his jacket on a freezing cold wet night of sleet....no humanity. I personally would not treat another human being like that no matter what "company policy" states. USE SOME COMMON SENSE.....he gave an exact description of his jacket and exactly what was in the pocket.Guess what.....they didnt even check it out.

   Their "FREE ENTRY" stickers are everywhere. That sounds like not a big deal but when you see them EVERYWHERE you go... like there is no need for such an aggressive advertisement and city pollution. Better spend the money on something that will make your club better. Speaking of the club: staff is rude and it's not just my experience. Quite a few people I know say that underground staff is crazy. Ventilation is bad. It's always dead hot inside. They've got one little air conditioner in the big room but it's never on. There is a worker in the toilet that doesn't let you wash your hands unless you pay him. And if you don't wash your hands, he shames you for being dirty (which is hilarious but disturbing). They don't accept cards and it's too expensive. To be fair, they've got 2 or 3 nice Rick and Morty graffito (and over 20 below the average sketches, so is it really a pro). Wouldn't recommend, especially when you can find so many other clubs in the area with better lights, speakers, rooms and ventilation.
