I am totally disillusioned with the customer service from Breakneck Comedy. I messaged(x 3) to say that due to sad unforeseen circumstances I was required to seek a refund. I have yet to receive a reply. However, I did receive my etickets two days before the event. This highlights that they had received my emails. Sadly, I will no longer be attending Breakneck venues and similarly I will no longer be recommending them to family and friends. I have attended many shows and indeed my daughter ran the bar for many of the gigs. We have agreed that our relationship with Breakneck Comedy has now ceased.

Went to show at least 20 of us standing outside then told it was overbooked!! While i queue went on to website and could still purchase tickets. Person at door suggested we could go to Banchory for 9.30 and see show!! Not impressed still waiting for a refund

Went in December, walked into a church where you could see your own breath it was that cold, small oil heaters were no match for the cold. £5 for a can of tenant’s in a plastic cup was shocking. The less said about the ‘comedy’ the better, the upside was it was so bad it was almost funny.

Been to Breakneck Comedy twice now and both times the advertised headliner was not on the line up in the end. We were not informed of any line up change before or at the start of the gig. Would not recommend

Comedy is okay , drinks massively overpriced compared to everything else in Aberdeen which was a bit disappointing, sets the night off poorly.

Not only was the comedy brilliant but the customer service is brilliant too! Had an issue with tickets which was fixed within minutes of me contacting! Can't wait to come back from another night!

I went to the comedy club on the 7th May to see the Gaz and Daz show and they were brilliant! This review is not based on them in any way. When we went to breakneck the drinks were ridicously expensive and there was no prices displayed anywhere, I also thought that the drinks we ordered (vodka cokes) weren't made properly as we became ill just after those drinks alone! We had planned to go to another show on the 21st May, however due to unforeseen circumstances, my friends and I weren't able to attend. My friend bought the tickets months back and it was dissapointing we couldn't attend. I have given 1 star due to the absolute shocking customer service we have received just to get a refund! My friend who bought the tickets emailed breakneck twice to get a refund and was ignored. I then messaged breakneck through facebook and I too was ignored. I felt that i needed to go to the performers and they messaged breakneck for us, the day after this I recieved an message from breakneck which was quite rude and cheeky, they don't offer refunds for people that don't show no matter the circumstance and told me that the person who made the booking had to contact them ( she had done this 3 times already) Eventually breakneck responded and said again that they don't usually allow refunds but will on this occasion.

Been once and had an absolute ball. The open mic acts were brilliant and there was something for everyone. Can't wait to go back.
