Just been charged £20 to be told they have run out of shots and not recieved a refund, absolutely shocking!

Felt terrible when i came much better when graduating, patrick twisted me like a pretzel but is was a sugar cinnamon twist , so good. He is great at his job
Club was alright, ruined by horrendous coat queuing system. I get it a lot of people takes time, but not over an hour when you left early to ensure you got your coat. Of your charging two quid for a coat, pay some staff.
To the idiot, Derek, and the other guy: The one night in question was for 18 - 25 year olds / Students. Unless you fall into either category, you won’t get in. The bouncers are there to keep people safe. The dude paying by card, you were in one room. There are 3 rooms. Don’t generalise the music of the entire place based on your experience in one room. Such an exaggerated story about the barman walking away too.
The bartender guy is extremely rude, i was paying with my card and he just left me there, did not hand me my drink neither did he say anything, just left without a single word. Music is from the 80's-00' it's alright but not really for dancing, it's more like to get drunk, wouldn't really recommend, altough the design of the place looks great.
