   Dawn and the team have been an excellent support to us over the past few years. Our first cleaner from the agency joined us to help when I was pregnant, and the house has never looked better! A few recruitment challenges made it hard to find such a good replacement, we have two dogs and mainstream worked very hard to find us a cleaner who was happy to deal with them following her around whilst cleaning, and the mountains of dog hair! An excellent service all round, efficient billing process and lovely staff. Highly recommended

   We have used mainstream cleaning a couple of times recently. First of all I was incredibly impressed with Dawn, as a first impression of the company it was a great start. She was extremely professional and proactive, went out of her way to help get our jobs planned in at our convenience. She was kind, courteous and kept me informed at every step. The house was spotless each time. Frank and his team are very thorough indeed and also very polite and friendly. We had a small hiccup with the extent of the job the second time as a carpet clean was to be included but had been missed on the actual day due to an internal breakdown in communication but it was resolved quickly, everyone was extremely apologetic and the carpets were done just a couple of days later. Overall I am very happy with mainstream cleaning and the service they provided.

   Our family recently used Mainstream for a complete clean of our Auntie's house following her passing. My contact was with both Dawn and Taylor. I was immediately impressed with their ease of communication, friendliness, and willingness to go out of their way to help. From sorting out keys with neighbours, updates with scheduling and the clean itself, everything was very professional. For the amount of work undertaken following the condition of the house, the pricing was more than reasonable and the clean itself exceeding expectations. Thanks again for your help Jon
