I normally go there on day off and always find something cute for my little one. Just one thing I don’t like is the lady serving at the till was avoiding eye contact- no greeting and politeness. Forget about the smile. Felt very uncomfortable during checkout. Just a suggestion but I think you need to do better on customer service.
The old lady at the cashier’s desk was extremely rude and displayed an ignorant attitude. Either learn how to smile and speak politely, or don’t be in retail. I asked if I can keep the hangers, she bluntly said, “no, you can get some from poundlnd”. I said, “okay, i was just asking” and the whole time she was looking side to side, 0 customer service skills, anti-social weirdo. I don’t care what kind of day you are having, there’s no excuse for being rude. Stop hiring these old grumpy people who are driving your sales down. Get some polite and helpful staff!
Came across a very rude member of staff. my mum didn't realise they closed at 5.30 and it was about 5.15 and she wanted to try a pair of trousers on so she went to the changing room and it was open but she didnt see the sign saying it was closed and a very rude staff came to tell her saying the changing rooms closed now which is fine we understand. But then this lady said "cant you see the sign" "Its in big writing saying its closed" "Look big writing". "And there's a spray bottle on there too didn't you see it". So rude will never be coming here again.
Has most things you'd expect to find in a Peacock's store. Clean and tidy.
