   They sent the wrong size router sled and I was told It was my fault and I would have to pay to send it back and pay more for the correct size. Terrible customer service avoid this company.

   When I was ordering the product I was assured it would be delivered on Tuesday 2nd December. The package was not dispatched until Tuesday evening. Royal Mail had advised it will be delivered on Friday. Very disappointing.

   I was slightly hesitant to order as i've read a couple of negative reviews. However, the price was good and item was showing in stock, so I placed an order online Sunday evening for a golf bag. The order process was straightforward as you'd expect these days and I received automated confirmation of my order. The following day I had an email to say my item had been shipped, complete with a DPD link for tracking. Sure enough the goods arrived Tuesday morning as promised, well packed and in perfect condition. Couldn't fault the process in anyway so I felt I should write a review to help anyone else considering a purchase. Thank you Gamola Golf (and DPD) great service.

   Reading other reviews I should have shopped in store rather than online. Placed an order online. 5 days later order not received. Emailed, no response. Called the next day, was advised, the order has not shipped and "could be despatched today, if you would like" Poor service. Gamola Golf will not be my first choice in the future.

   Bought a driver cover off of Amazon for myself for Christmas not knowing this was the “third party” seller. Was a bit concerned that it wouldn’t make it it time as I didn’t realize it was coming from Scotland (I’m located in Midwest United States), but thankfully it did! Ordered early December and received roughly 3 weeks later. Item was exactly what I had ordered and was in great condition. I can only assume it would’ve been a nightmare if I had needed to return the item since it was international. Basically: Item was exactly what I had ordered and arrived in perfect condition. Took a little longer than I had hoped to arrive, but understandable once I realized it was shipping internationally.
