   Took a discounted item to the till, one of their stickers on the tag and under the sale section of the store. The lady tried to charge me full price, I questioned the sale, where they were stocked & the fact that the only other pair had a discount too but she didn't honor it, offer a discount and just tore off the sale tag. Didn't apologise for THEIR mistake, made me feel like they were implying I priced it that way to get a discount. Then she said "That sale was applied at Christmas, but they're full price now.". So they're old stock, from 3 seasons ago and they're still full price!? Acting like I was taking money out of her pocket. Then my sister bought 4 items, they tried to charge her for 5 items and when she questioned it they told her she was wrong, when it turned out they were wrong, once again! Although that lady was very nice and more apologetic (Only reason I'll give 2 stars rather than 1). Won't bother going there again, which is a shame as Andover doesn't exactly have a lot of clothing shops.

   I love this store has some great items and the prices are great there’s so much to choose from and they even Do men and children’s wish they did more shoes for men staff are very nice very professional they’re always busy and happy to talk to us I love the store

   Picked out a potential buy at 4.10 pm. Changing rooms close at 4 pm!!! No sale then. Assistant too busy snogging her male friend and no cleaning being carried out. You would think didn't need the custom.

   Love this shop. They have all sizes and dont make the older and bigger people feel out of place. The manager is always helpful and polite, smiles and doesn't find customers an inconvenience. Go in almost every time I have a bit of spare cash.

   Good fashion chain offering discount clothing, footwear, accessories for the whole family. Check for sale worth it for bargains. I love clothes shopping especially sale. It was busy had to queue up for one fitting room, I wanted to try 4 items it was a long waiting. Very caring and friendly staff. 8/10 You are doing a great job. Wheelchair accessible and blue badge holders parking right in front of the shop.

   Cheap looking clothes at not so cheap prices. Staff can be unprofessional. Personal conversations being had whilst serving at the till. Staff members uniform had food on it and hair was greacy. No greeting after waiting at the till to be seved.
