After my ADHD diagnosis the therapy & coaching sessions I had were very validating and helped me to make sense of many traits I’d struggled with. Ellie is kind, supportive and made me feel alot more positive about things I could be really hard on myself about. It’s great to speak to someone with lived experience too who understands the ADHD brain. Getting on for a year on, I feel much more self accepting and able to cope with life with a number of strategies in the ADHD toolkit! Living with family members with ADHD too it’s much needed!
