   My 6 year old daughter loves her weekly yoga sessions with Laura, they are the highlight of her week! Laura is a really patient teacher who makes the lessons a lot of fun for her pupils. She has inspired my daughter to practice yoga at home, and also teach the rest of the family what she has learnt!

   I started baby massage with Laura when my little girl was 6 weeks old and it has been the best baby class we’ve done. It was the highlight of our week. I couldn’t recommend it enough. Laura tailored the sessions to match the needs and likes of my daughter. It also provided some top tips on how to help with tummy and teething issues. A brilliant experience for both myself and my little girl.

   Laura was fantastic during our massage sessions. We only managed one session in person before lockdown restrictions forced us onto zoom but Laura made the transition easy. The sessions made a huge difference to my son and we were able to use baby massage as part of our sleep routine. Laura was able to adapt our sessions to include techniques that our son found particularly relaxing and gave alternative options when a particular technique didn't work for us (such as facial massage when he was teething). I would thoroughly recommend the sessions and actually have bought a course for a friend to enjoy. I just wish we were able to attend the face to face courses now.
