Mel regularly looks after our cat Lauren and provides a very reliable and professional service. She sends though regular photos and videos, and when we get home Lauren is always calm and happy which shows how good Mel has been with her. We contacted Mel to help us through a period of 9 weeks whilst my partner worked away and wouldn’t be able to let the dogs out at lunchtime to stretch their legs. Mel was an absolute star, she did exactly what was asked, no fuss, was 100% reliable and sent us photos and videos at every visit. Communication was fantastic and our 3 dogs (one of which is sausage-dog-grumpy) absolutely loved her.
