Very poor service, have to keep waiting for my prescriptions to be filled, even my GP has commented about their poor service
Staff here are extremely rude! Moody and stroppy. Trying to argue with me because the Dr hasn’t informed off a discontinued medication.. lady with pink hair needs to put a coat hanger in her mouth and smile abit!
Extremely stroppy, rude member of staff today. Never had such an unpleasant service in this chemist. Get your staff retrained or just trained in the first place. Disgusting.
What kind of chemist sells vapes? Also they put them right next to the quit smoking section. Disgusting really, pharmacies are supposed to be promoting a healthy lifestyle.
The lady who served me today was extremely miserable and unprofessional,zero customer service skills and should not be working front of house dealing with the public.
Absolutely miserable service. I order my medication in advance so that I don't have to wait, ordered medicine on the 3rd and collecting on the 10th. Rude response from the pharmacist when questioned about the medicine ready time "What do you want me to do about it and if you don't like it go somewhere else " when said that he was being rude he disagreed. IF YOU CANNOT HANDLE THESE MANY CLIENTS THEN GET MORE STAFF. Stay clear if you don't want stress, they don't care about their customers at all since there are not may Pharmacies in the area.

Disappointed with the service today I’m sorry to say. Went in to purchase a gift and asked to see the perfumes. The assistant appeared reluctant to show me the products on display and said that there were very few testers which I appreciate this being a small store. There was no eye contact and no enthusiasm to get a sale. I would have appreciated a bit of advice. I was willing to spend and locally but sadly neither was achieved.
I believe that prescriptions are made off site resulting in long lead time from when ordered at doctors and it arrives at chemist. Staff are brilliant, very knowledgeable and helpful.
