Parking on the street outside, used the pharmacy to ask the pharmacist some advice instead of going to the doctor's or walk-in. Very helpful
Worst chemist I have come across just moved in area no proper communication miserable & unprofessional people blank faces horrible atmosphere no smiles , not friendley , no text service for prescriptions ready to collect , I might go back to cobridge chemist much better friendly staff & helpful I would not recommend to anyone this chemist
I have edited this review to say that after the review I left below - the pharmacy linked me to my partner, searched his number, and rang him about my review. My partner had no idea abiut the review and I find this to be seriously inappropriate behaviour. Original review - The last several times I have gone in for my partners repeat medications they have not been there. I have never been told to check on this by them, instead I got quite a sparky response of 'they don't just turn up, we order them'. Clearly they don't though. The first couple times they gave us an emergency prescription, but refuse to do so now which has left my partner without his serious epilepsy medication, antidepressants, anxiety medication, and others. There's clearly been a breakdown somewere and my partner is the one suffering for it. If I am having to chase this up each week with the GP then what is the point of repeat prescriptions.
Counter assistant just looks you blankly in the face as the queue builds up.. hats off however to one of the dispensers who noticed the queue and came out to help. went in hoping for a pharmacy first consultation to be told I didn't fit the age range which is completely understandable, only wish the counter assistant explained this to me on arrival instead of standing over her computer not acknowledging my existence.
Thanks for the best service and for their efforts delivering my medication in time with out any problems like other chimst who says come up to pick up your mid then ring to say don't come some confusion thanks to sneyd Green as they were near closing time but still made sure I could collect my medication again thanks sneyd Green. Since it had been changed to Sneyd Pharmacy, it had been a brilliant service, always polite and professional. Also, they have delivered my medications when I had covid and I wasn’t expecting that. Thank you for the staff who delivered it. I’m very grateful.
I’m sorry to say that my experience was poor. The young staff were too busy talking about there love life than bothering to notice I had been waiting to be served. Another time I rang the chemist and asked for advice and got laughed at on the phone I was disqusted at that behaviour.
The steps that this pharmacy go are above and beyond. I have never been at a pharmacy with staff as kind as the sneyd green staff. I am very happy to have moved from my previous pharmacy I was at. All my prescriptions are ordered and delivered for Free. Exceptional work and would not use any other pharmacy. I would like to thank the girls at this pharmacy and the pharmacist who helps me and even help for my husband regarding an issue he had with his eye thank you
Since being in lockdown a lot this year I have relied on my prescription being delivered. I can’t recommend Steve the Sneyd Pharmacy’s delivery driver highly enough he is always cheerful and helpful. What a great pharmacy to have as our local. When I was allowed out I loved the bargain bins many items just £1.
I cant express how fantastic this pharmacy has become. I use to avoid at all cost when it was Lloyds but since they have changed company and have a new manager i can not believe the turn around. They have a great team and everyone is really helpfull and always welcome you with a smile. I also can not thank them enough for a last minute delivery from there driver steve due to my mother been in hospital and returned home with no medication. Maxine the manager managed to get the prescription from the doctors and deliver no questions asked while i was worried and unable to do this while at work.
