I have been regularly using Milton Pharmacy for the last couple of years to collect my partner's medication, following his motorbike accident which has left him with life changing injuries. It was initially a very stressful time for us as a family, and entering the world of all things medical and learning how and when to request prescription, medication reviews etc etc.... Jane has been a friendly face from day 1 , even during the difficult times, not only managing the medication side of things but taking an interest and always checking in with me to how things were whenever I have been to collect my partner's medication. I fortunately only have to nip in every two months but end up waiting whilst the single member of staff seems to be always trying to track down where something has been placed. Others pottering around whilst the customers wait to be served. This cannot be a coincidence surely , I think they need to polish up their systems.
Made a mistake with my prescription multiple times and my farthers and mothers and tried blaming it on me when it was a fault on their end i mean you need to know youve got a problem when i didnt even have to tell my doctors which pharmacy messed up...
Booked my Covid vacation online and was offered a number of appointments a few days ahead. You will find a place to park on the side streets. I arrived early to the appointment and was seen immediately. I was asked a number of questions and a form was completed. I then went to an enclosed area where the injection was given. The whole process only took under 5 minutes. The process was quick and efficient.
