    Rude unhelpful staff. I have worked in a front facing role for the NHS for 18 years and I appreciate how stressful it can be however I’m always polite and courteous when i go in there and time and time again I’ve been treated awfully!

    Very rude staff of late. Zero score for customer service. At my latest visit there were SIX staff members chatting and milling around behind the counter while I was ignored for fully five minutes. When someone finally acknowledged my presence, they were very short with me. It feels like customers are an inconvenience.

    Usually I dont have a problem, but today I attended this chemist to see if my prescription had come in, the lady who served me was very sharp and her tone was awful, I'd phoned Friday and had the medication ordered! Is it a crime to.pop in and check? She then went onto say we havent had a prescription from you since February 2020 so 6 weeks ago!! Iv not felt need for the medication no need for an on the spot interrogation!! We are all suffering and all have feeling I walked away from this chemist quite upset. I did go back and the other staff who was in was very helpful
