    Terrible service! I have spend there 30 minutes waiting to collect the medicines , and after 30 minutes they give me only one items for 6! And said the rest will be ready for collection on the next day. On the next day I have spend another 40 minutes waiting to collect my medication, because they "need to prepare it " nobody was even waiting before me! and after that they finally take my bag from the shelf and give me... And they was preparing everything else for people who wasn't even there!!!!just to put them on the same shelf where they took my order from !

    They simply don't bother answering the phone.. 41 times I've tried calling. They shut for lunch and were supposed to re-open at 2, but still no one answered the phone. It's useful for people to be able to communicate with the chemist before spending time money and energy getting to the chemist, especially when disabled.. only to find it may not be ready or available!! Serve your community better please!! Of you need mire staff. Get more staff!!

    Very unprofessional pharmacist manager/owner. I locumed 3 shifts for them. I submitted my invoices and was promised payment the following mid of the month. But they never paid. I rang them 3 times and the agency , locatealocum sent them 2 reminders. At the end of the following month, the owner sent me a cheque for only 2 shifts. When I rang and asked why I was given a cheque rather than a back transfer, the owner was rude and said there is nothing in my contract to state he can't give me a cheque. He is an absolute disgrace to the pharmacy profession if I may say so, delaying our payments when we took the time to cover his Saturday shifts. And then having the audacity to send us a cheque after a massive delay paying our wages. Not sure why he was trying to dodge bacs payment..

    I truly cannot fault this loal independent pharmacy!! I have now used them for almost 5 years after moving to Stoke. I have never ever had a bad experience, if I am honest it was me at first spitting my dummy out after my dad died. If I could be granted a wish then it would be for this awesome team to get public recognition for all of their hard work!!

    I know medical and pharmacy staff are under a good deal of pressure at the moment, but I don't believe that gives one staff member in particular the right to be sarcastic and have a go at a customer which happened to me this morning while queuing on crutches with a fractured ankle. I had been asked what I wanted only to be told you will have to bear with us. so I waited, then was asked again, I made my request about grandson's 1st birthday balloon, which had been ordered and paid for last Friday and was told I was creating and there was a pandemic on don't you know. Other members of the public with me were appalled.
