   Regular visitor to the store. Really good service, store is always clean, tidy and products are easy to find. The store manager is one in a million (Annis). Always greets with a smile and a genuine interest in the wellbeing of her customers. She goes above and beyond to keep her customers returning, with an absolutely amazing knowledge of her products, so much so that if she hasn't got it in store she can offer an alternative or get it ordered for you. 10/10!!! You should be proud of her!

   went into Tunstall branch today I have to praise the staff for there knowledge and help.Julie was amazing and gave us lots of advice on diabitas she told us things we didn't know .Showed us products to help with foot care.Myself and husband were very impressed 1st time in store it won't be our last .The other members of staff were also helpful.Well done for your service and service with a smile it's very rare thease days.

   Good shop, fully stocked. Always find what I’m looking for. Probably best shop on the high street. The staff working there are very helpful. Need more of these retailers on the high street

   Prices on the shelves don't match what they charge you. It's happened so many times and when I told the cashier, she said "well that's the price on the till" Refuse to shop there now.

   Could do with a bit of modernisation and flooring to be stripped and re polished and sort out the leaks on roof etc for when it rains it don't leak into store the doors could do with updating
