When a doctor s appointment wasn't available to us the pharmacist here was amazing and gave my daughter the antibiotics she needs to treat an infection. She was happy to help and treated my young daughter in such a lovely professional manner. She was very informative and clear about what to expect and what to do if no improvement.Honestly don't know what we would have done without that service.

The pharmacy and its staff have always gone above and beyond. And I truly thanks for that. I do not visit the pharmacy often due to illness and anxiety. Only today because of a visit to dentist. Today, I parked outside display my disable badge. I wanted to go and get my tablet pack because my partner always has to pick it up. A women was knocking on the window of my car ,very angry, telling me to put my window down because I had taken her parking. I should of driven off ,but I decided to go in,I said that this women was saying her fists and me and I was scared clearly upset. Then the same woman walk in. I suffer with issues of extreme anxiety but sometime get angry when people, don'tbe fooled ,its a defense mechanism, instead of going into a panic attack . I am not OK, around people because of being attacked when i was a child and an adult. I don't trust easily. I try to be easy going as much as possible. I think in a pharmacy there should be a safe space instead of been thrown out. I when home crying and self harmed. Just a few caring words would of all the world of difference, thatts all it would of taken. You dont have to be a CPN, butI was genuinely scared.! Which I told you when I first came in.Where does that leave me? Going backwards again because of some esle.

The least that I can do for this pharmacy is to provide a very positive review. This pharmacy ,for us has added a high level of care and compassion to their usual services and I would 100% recommend them. Our baby son is on long term medication which is a special and unlicensed medicine which carries it's own logistics/protocols to say the least! If the ordering of this medicine is not carried out correctly it can carry allsorts of issues and for myself, anxiety !When we were discharged from hospital when my son was born we were provided with an unlicensed medication form for our GP and pharmacy (which was not this pharmacy at the time)To put it politely,we were faced with several issues with the pharmacy that we were with and often elements of sheer incompetence.I contacted this pharmacy for help and from this point they took control and the situation is now out of my hands and a reliable service every time.I cannot explain what this is worth as a parent with a child who has this requirement as you have enough to deal with with their care.Claire facilitated the careful planning of the rolling order for the medication and I receive a text everytime it becomes available and always in a very timely manner.Thank you to you all for your continued support and hard work, this means so very much !!

In the unusual circumstances that we all find ourselves in I have to say that I find a delivery charge for medication to elderly vulnerable people who have been told to stay at home for three months of their lives an absolute disgrace!!! £2.00 a disgrace

I never write review on anything but on this occasion with the experience iv had I felt it was needed. I am very very dissapapointed in the customer service and the staffs attitude towards their work and their customers. The phone is constantly engaged, the prescriptions are never ready on time and and wrong, the staff are very unhelpful and rude (not all but some of the staff iv come in contact with), and their opening times are unusual for a pharmacy as they aren't open on a Saturday. The experience I have and continually get is my partner's prescriptions are never ready and tablets are missing, I try to ring before i go because I have to make sure my partner's prescription is ready as i would be standing and waiting for at least half an hour while everyone around me is getting served especially the older generation they are in and out, I do not know why maybe they favor them over younger or discriminate about the ex drug users who are desperately needing their prescription? I don't know but this has been my experience for about 7 months now. I have been to pick my partner's prescription up several times and slme staff i have come into contact with are very rude, unhelpful to me and their is ALWAYS a problem with the prescription, like missing certain tablets. I went in one day at 5pm (the prescription should have been ready at 9am on friday) and their was missing tablets, so I had to wait again and they couldn't issue the tablets because the doctor had gone home and couldn't sign the prescription off, they weren't open on the saturday so had to wait until Monday for these tablets which was very distressing for my partner and could be life threatening (surely this should have been sorted that day and I purposely went at 5pm to give them all day to sort the prescription out and they closed at 6pm)Today I have my very small child with me and I need to pick the prescription up for my partner at 9am but because it's never ready and it's wrong, I am currently trying to ring them to make sure it's ready before I go to pick it up with my son as I don't want to be waiting in their for half an hour, iv been trying to ring since 9.30 and it's now 11.41 and the line is still engaged. They are meant to be helping every customer that they come across no matter what the background is, or the type of prescription they r having or the type if person and not prioritise or discriminate against people over anyone surely. Everytime I have to go in I dread the atmosphere of the staff towards me . I should not be made to feel like this. I have seen that they do this a lot with certain people like ex drug addicts etc. No one should be favoured or made to wait for their prescriptions on purpose, it makes you feel like you are being punished for the type of prescription they have to give out.
