waiting long enough to get seen to not one staff came to us to see if need any help on items to buy from the cabinets waiting there long enough to get seen too clearly very poor service in boots longton I wouldn't shop there again as very poor service keeping customer waiting.
This is small boots but for small shopping it is good enough. As it is small so it is easy to find out items of your requirements. Pharmacy is good. Staffs are good and helpful.

One of the best pharmacy chain in the uk. It has good and variety collection of pharmaceutical items. Also it has available so many brands of other cosmetics . Boost pharmacy has the cheapest price in local area (longton ). If boots is your main pharmacy , use their loyalty card ( app or physical card), they have many discounts available . Also Longton has friendly staff .

OK but scripts are always a mess. Missing items, shortage of some things. Some of staff need a personality injection
Went at 9 and was told would be ready for 1. Returned at 1 to collect to be told not ready and would need to wait 15 minutes. And this was for a prescription received the previous morning. Abslotely shocking. Better off sticking to Well.

Prices on the shelf are regularly incorrect and have to get them honoured at the till. Cashier pulled out the incorrect ticket and threw it away. 3 weeks later the item still doesnt have a price label on... not very good
