   I work away and it’s impossible for me to get back on a Friday for closing time. Saturday it’s shut, how the hell am I supposed to pick up my prescription. It’s now over 3 weeks Ridiculous Pharmacy shut on a Saturday

   1 star is enough! Disorganised, slow don't seem to know what they're doing! I haven't had one episode where my prescription has been ready even though I put my repeat prescription in at least 6 days before needed!!

   Hello,I'd like to say Carly at well can be very helpful and other staff also but when it comes to getting your meds ,omg,no communication with longton hall surgery what so ever ,and your left in the middle of the 2 of them arguing and sending you back and forth. If you were not poorly already between the 2 you will be. Get it together well,you chose this career so step up.

   Staff seem friendly enough but so disorganised and slow. Need a better system than just "stand outside and wait". You'll go and wait an hour to go in, then they haven't even been sent the prescription by the doctors.

   Taking advantage! Waited for 1hr and 13 min in the queue outside to see how only 2 people been served. Had to leave as could not afford to pay for a cab so much money just to get my medication! Wasted money. Afterwards rang the pharmacy to arrange the delivery and been told that they won't deliver it to me just because I cant wait in the queue. I explained that I could not walk because of my back pain and numbness in my feet and paying for taxi £15 without even getting near to get served i cant afford and been offered to get tramadol delivered in 1 week as all slots are busy! I am suffering from very bad pain and can not wait for so long! I think even in hospital is less waiting time, than in this pharmacy!!!!! Unacceptable

   When my Mum moved to the area she began using this pharmacy for her prescriptions and from the very beginning was having issues with missing medication. It came to a head when they missed out a certain medication and in which without it she became extremely unwell! It's not the first time and this time you'll be reported to the appropriate authorities as you are putting vulnerable people at risk by not getting the prescriptions right. Awful service.
