Best pharmacy in the area, recently they’ve moved locations and gone even busier but staff always polite and manager whose been there for almost 10years always very helpful and knows his stuff. I had an illness that doctor couldn’t help with and with the advise from Munim I got better after suffering all these years.

AVOID AT ALL COST !!! Third month in the row they failed to order my medicines on time ( repeat prescription). Every time it's a problem, they are late, medicines not ordered at all, text message was send just once and to make it more nonsense one week after collecting. Today is 3rd month when they failed completely again ( deadline was 3 days ago and still nothing from Raven) . I called them on Thursday and they told me it isn't ordered yet, but Thursday was the last they to run out of tablets !!! ). And I'm sure that on Monday they will be as always surprised and prescription will not be ready to collect. It's the worst pharmacy I ever seen. When pharmacy in Cobridge Health Centre was closed they moved us automatically to Raven and since there it's horrible disaster every month. They always promised to order and send text message and till now Raven Pharmacy scored 100% failure. Now I'm moving us to online pharmacy. It's too dangerous to rely on Raven Pharmacy.
The manager of Raven is extremely obnoxious and rude. My medication was not ready today when I went to collect, even though a member of staff told me yesterday that it would be! The manager tried to 'speak down to me' and humiliate me in the middle of the chemist but it did not work! I've found several of the staff rude and they tell your medication will be ready, then it is not and then they deny that they said it! The manager always sides with them, which is a shame because if the manager had better managerial skills, was pro-active , was more open minded and not biased, he could see where his staff were going wrong and correct the matter immediately, so it would not happen again, but unfortunately he always puts the blame on the patient! So overall, extremely poor service from both the manager and from a number of staff and I would advise anyone not to come here if you want help, understanding and a high level customer service!
Honestly one of the worst pharmacies I've experienced. The staff are mostly standoffish and seem to think customers are a burden. Their prescription delivery service feels very random as far as times go, and there is no warning that your (life saving) medicine is out of stock, and no proactivity in securing different denomination tablets. I have observed these issues for the past 6 years and honestly i would avoid this place as much as you can!
Try telling me my chemist was closing down so I would change to them but it was all lies

I haven't had a problem. I always phone to see if the prescription has been sent through . They have always been helpful .
Pharmacy & staff is good but entrance door is very narrow specially for a wheelchair user or with pushchair.
Really helpful while setting up delivery service and blister packs for my elderly parents. They guided us through the process, and gave us information that was spot on, would definitely recommend.
